Character Creator (CC) is an amazing FREE add-on tool for iClone that can create realistic looking, animation-ready 3D human characters for use with iClone and other 3D tools. Unique character designs are created through the use of shape morphs, customizable high-resolution skin textures, and outfits with clothing containing your own fabric designs.

The new Character Creator 2.0 (CC2) comes with updated visuals for industry standard PBR shaders, allowing users to import PBR textures made with 3D paint tools like Substance Painter, 3D Coat, or Quixel. Users can now export their Character Creator assets to iClone 7, Unreal, Unity, or Sketchfab with the same PBR visual quality.

Additionally, we have introduced an Appearance Editor and a brand new PBR-based dynamic texture generator that give users full procedural authoring over Metal, Wood, Leather, and Fabrics – pushing visual realism to a new high. For previously owned Non-PBR content, CC2 offers several ways to get legacy content ready for PBR rendering. Users will find that a visual upgrade has been provided for all older assets.
